The short version: we collect what a reservation needs, we keep it to ourselves, and we delete it when you ask.
When you request a table we collect your name, phone number, party size, and the evening you would like. That request is stored in our reservation system (Wix Bookings) so a host can confirm it by phone. Nothing else on this site asks for or stores personal information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Confirming and honouring your reservation, and nothing further. We do not send marketing unless you have explicitly asked for it at the lounge, and we never sell, rent, or share guest information with anyone.
Reservation records are kept for the season, then cleared. To have yours removed sooner, or to see what we hold, write to concierge@theglaciers.ca and it will be handled the same week.
